I'd just like to say that account sharing happens.
It has done since WG was created and almost every leader is a culprit. Even Lordy and myself.

Infact I'd wager that almost every one of us have let somebody on our account at some point or another, be them WG member or not and for whatever reason.

Account sharing is against the Jagex rules because 12 year olds use it as a scamming technique. But very good friends and mature, trusted members of communities do share account details for whatever reasons from time to time.

Stop fucking whining about it and man up. It has fuck all to do with you what other people do and doesn't affect the clan in any negative manner.

Half the clans I was in pre-trade limit had a clan bank account, which qualifies.

Half of Jagex's rules fail anyway. Anyone never used a swearword in RS? If we didn't advertise websites, recruitment would go down like a lead balloon.

There's a certain amount of leeway we're mutually allowed. Account sharing/trading is on the borderline, but in the end it's doing no harm to us right now, and until it is, we should not need to start a debate over it.

I would suggest that we stick to the 'It happens, but don't discuss it stance'. I really don't want to know if you're sharing accounts or generally rule breaking and I'm sure there's others in WG that feel the same.

I agree with the do not discuss publicly. It is against the rules so if you state you are doing it you are stating that you are breaking the rules and action will likely be taken by Jagex if they find out.
