Here's a list of small things you can do by yourself to help out WG. Of course all are optional, but it comes down to how much you want us to succeed. Feel free to add to the list.

1. Idle on Mumble - Even if it's the AFK room. The more people on here the better our community will be. It's 100x better than IRC. Just open it up with SK.

2. Make an effort to remember events - Use sticky notes, phone alarm, a calendar, whatever.

3. Help keep people active - If you notice anyone drifting into activity or struggling, politely ask them about it. If they need help offer it.

4. Recruit! - WG needs more members. If you have any clanless friends who you think would be a good fit ask them to join. Also, help out with the fansite recruiting. It only takes 5 seconds.

5. Train - It has been proven that higher levels preform better in wars. Why would you not want to do well? If you train you increase our chances of winning and you'll also find that Runescape is a much more enjoyable game as a high level.

6. Post on intros - As if intros aren't rare enough, we have to make a good first impression. You don't even have to read it, just say welcome.

Why is idle on Mumble #1? It should definitely be recruit.

Isn't organized @ lefty

I agree with your thinking on mumble, anything is better than nothing.

The rest of course, I agree with

I add these:

1. Get to know the intros/trials. They will appreciate a hello from you on irc or an invite to do something in the game together.

2. Make events. Even if it is only a one time thing, it is a good experience to try leading something. You might find out that you like it.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”
