Thanks to everyone for their input and ideas.

PVP

Raids This week only 5 showed up for the Aussie raid. It was canceled.

There was an allied raid with the Sabra's. It is noted they have a better percentage of turn out to their ML. This raid went really well and all that attended said it was a lot of fun.

PKRI This week's PKRI against poison did not go well. We had a terrible let down by those that did not attend or sign up. Please refer to IA about the name and shame.

Wars None upcoming atm.

Spontaneous Weekday Raids No one is basically showing up and wanting to do these. We need to work on this. Jordan/FBI often offers to have one. We are not currently having the typical Thursday night raid that was going on.

Some general comments on our pvp state:

Gene has told us in the past that our strength is in numbers.

Some believe we currently are going against to hard of clans or clans with to high of ML. They would like to see us war some smaller clans that we have an actual chance to win against. They said it would boost morale and get more people wanting to go.

Brief discussion of more pvp leaders.

We need our performance to improve greatly. It seems that the clan is relying on just the RL and a few select members to have all the good warring skills. Everyone needs to pull together and work to improve. Training is a must to help us in wars/raids.

Miscellaneous

We discussed our EL rank being eliminated. I don't think this will be happening atm. It seemed to be a bit of a heated debate. WG has always offered some great events and though only a few go, it is noted to be part of our heritage.

Our rolling event count is currently set at 15 and we discussed it being reduced to 7.

When we recruit, we need to be certain that the intros understand the pvp side of the clan. Tell about the required wars/raids and explain that skipping is a bad thing.

Please discuss further anything you would like to add comment to. Your input really is important to the success of the clan and I read it.

Concerning weekday raids:

I don't know about the retired WoW players or Emeritii such as myself, but I'd be willing to donate a small amount of money into the (still existant?) SMS alert system. They could allow me to come home from wherever I am or interrupt in what I'm doing at the moment that isn't RS.

Could boost numbers to these raids a tad?

7 is still a bit much that leaves two months to be completely inactive

Just cause you'd barely make 7 with your NH 9 event status hash.png

Personally I think 4 would be good if we were to go lower than 7, cause 4 weeks of constant event inactivity is a lot of leeway.

7 was allowing for summer vacations or like if your computer broke or something. I am not sure if 4 is enough. We currently have it at 15 so 7 is more than half less.

Zak, that is a great offer. I'll have to mention it to George.

I know we still have the SMS system, but it has not been updated with numbers in a while. I would also be willing to donate money to WG.

Quick question... about how many raids do we have per week and out of those how many are scheduled at least a couple days beforehand?
