Everyone that wants to raid should idle in #wgwilderness on irc.

I suggest doing the same on mumble. We need to get some more action in PvP until the Jordan gets back or the raid leaders want to make some raids. Yes I know we may not pull enough but when is it going to change if we all have that mentality?

Thats all.

We have 3 other raid leaders (1 other of which has an inactivity topic) and a warlord.....

Why is there a lack of PvP events then?

Jordan has been the only one doing regular raids lately.

Not wars.

Moose is no longer raid leader. Cody has internet issues. That leaves us Steve and Randy to do the pvp things for the clan at the moment.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them

Either case is a failure of leadership.”

I would rather skill than uphold the namesake.

at least idle in there just in case.

besides, skilling is boring and one needs raids to add alittle flavor to life.

You're forgetting Lee, so we have Lee (GMT), Steve (GMT) and Randy (EST), which should give us an okay coverage of the main timezones.

I suspect it isn't a lack of active raid leaders that is the issue here....

As soon as discussion started about removing the EL rank, we got a sudden explosion of community events. If we want more PvP, we need to start thinking about getting rid of raid leaders.

No, you don't get it. We don't actually have to get rid of the raid leaders, we just have to consider it. When anyone hears there is a possibility of losing their warn/kb/suspension powers they start doing their job wink.gif

You are slightly behind the times wink.gif

And Leecable Rule #1 is, he is always tired of this bullshit.
