 Depends on chance/how much spec is used, but even then.

30% in pvp isnt that helpful, it will only equate to like around 30-35ish, which isnt too hard to hit these days. Thats IF they're full/maxxed.

If they're at lower HP, which is likely if they're being piled, a late spec can mean like 15-20.

Pass. A spear/scim would definitely be more efficent use of spec bars.

The same way if you had enough people you could ko someone by hitting ~30s at the same time with a normal weapon.

 If it used like 25% or 50% prehaps everyone could equip it and pick their own target for the opening few seconds, then switch to a main pile.

Would munch through a few enemy broo's

Doubt it, only useful thing would be to save runes and second best mage bonus in game /rage
