If we win, or get into the top 5, MASSIVE recruitment our way. It will be totally epic. It's goign to depict a Wilderness P2P battle like I've never animated before. Chances of getting into the Top 5? Moderate. But I'm one of the better Flash artists on RS, and I asked JaGeX about submitting Flash:

Your average RS player isn't going to vote for a flash video over a proper comedy ad comprised of runescape footage. I'm also pretty sure the rules state it has to be runescape footage. You can't just draw everything and call it runescape, surely. You also have to get that flash video on youtube. Entries must be uploaded to Youtube Why not just take footage of WG's greatest P2P wars and use them as an ad to get other clans to move onto the P2P scene. A sort of "p2p multi is dying, help resurrect this art form" plea ad. But change it a little cos that's my entry. Edit: Also, you have to incorporate a lot of comedy into it within a short period of time to make people enjoy it.
