Welcome to the WG Awards Forum! Every Winter and Summer, WG has a series of awards that determine who has really been contributing to the clan over the last six months. This post explains the four stages of the WG Awards. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE ONE: Nominations: This is the first stage of the WG Awards process and runs for seven days. Clan members are asked to nominate any clan member that they feel deserves that particular award. Clan members can nominate anyone that they want, unless the award is specific to a particular member group (E.G : Best Emeritus) To nominate someone, all you have to do is post their name on the particular award topic. You may only nominate ONE person! If the person you were going to nominate has already been nominated, feel free to nominate someone else if you want to. Remember, this is not voting, so the more people THE BETTER! Remember to try and involve the people you feel may not be likely to win as many awards, possibly due to being new members or quieter than others. YOU MAY NOT NOMINATE YOURSELF ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE TWO: Choosing your Awards: To keep things fair, we only let individuals run for a maximum of three awards. As people may very easily be nominated for more than three, we give these people a chance to choose which awards they want to run for. This stage lasts for around 3-4 days and during this time members will be required to PM me with details of what awards they want to run for. If you do not choose which you want to run for. I will choose for you!!  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE THREE: Voting After everyone has chosen which awards they want to run for, all of the topics are replaced by polls. These polls feature all of the people who have chosen to run for each award. After the polls are posted, every clan member is welcome to vote for who they feel deserves the award the most. You obviously can only vote once, so make sure you make your vote count! For certain polls like Hottie IRL, there would be a picture provided of the member running for the award. Polls are usually open for 1-2 weeks. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE FOUR: Award Perfecting: Once the voting has finished, the whole forum is taken from the view of everyone below council status whilst the awards are finished, touched up and perfected.
