This meeting started with a discussion about another thread on the forum in suggestions from Chimpy. http://92.48.69.8/~wgwilde/forum/index.php?showtopic=16383

The clan overall would like to see more enforcement about rules on activity. I would like you to review what the rules are. This can be found here:

http://92.48.69.8/~wgwilde/forum/index.php...ules,and,rights

In rereading these rules you may find that you have been breaking the most simple ones. Also note that when it talks about skipping raids/wars/pkri and pvp things you are not to be skipping. It states about the sign-ups too. I am helping with the interpretation of this here. This is talking about things that have been planned for the clan in pvp. In other locations on the forum I believe it is a one week prep. There are exceptions to this at times. (No starting to point fingers about this to anyone. We just need to be clear of the rules.)

Next thing, who are the ones that should be enforcing this rule? My thoughts are the leaders who hold the event. If you are holding a raid/war or whatever and you feel that someone is breaking the rules, then it is your responsibility to correct them. I am not sure if trial raid leaders can give out warns, but they still need to be the ones to keep track of it and bring it to the attention of our warlord.

This brings us to warn levels:
http://92.48.69.8/~wgwilde/forum/index.php...ules,and,rights

Read how the warns are set up and realize that you have been treated very lightly with this system through the present time. As you are demanding that staff gets more strict on warning people you need to be familiar with the system. Currently when people get warned they often rage leave the clan. Fair warning is being given here.

PVP

Many discussions were going on at once but these were the main points and feel free to add to them in your posts.

1. Raise Requirements ~ We discussed how the raise in requirements has been discussed over and over by the clan. Gene currently has a plan to attract a lot of members to the clan and requirements aren't the biggest factor in our success.

2. Winning Wars ~ This is much more important in our success as a clan and morale. We need to win some wars. We need to fight clans that we can beat and develope skills to go towards the future rank of number 1 in p2p.

Suggestions:
Choose the clans we fight by a different method.
Have more full out wars.
Have a matched fight with Blasphemy.
Do more CWA wars to build skills up.
Tank Practices held by our Mentors.

Reasons for not winning.
1. Binding
2. Tanking
3. Wars are against to hard of clans. We need to work up to harder clans.

Recruitment Team

1. Word of Mouth is a good way to recruit by the entire clan.
2. Maybe assign members a week of recruitment to be put in the header of the forum.
3. PM to be sent out to members about helping to recruit.

Note: We had a few volunteers to do forum recruitment.

Rene ~ Sals Relm
Army ~ TipIt

If you are willing to do recruitment on a forum, please pm me. We really need to work seriously on recruitment.

We had some very serious discussion about war practices. It was also discussed about adding them back in to the graduation process.

Thanks to everyone that attending and please post that you have read this. (Especially Staff.)

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

Read.

If were going through with a strict following of the rules then we should post something similar in IA.
