Additional Graduation Requirement

To graduate members must now attend CWA with a handful of members to prove that they understand the basics of tanking.

They will be piled in robes, they need to:

-Pray
-Put on Rune
-Eat
-Hug a rock

If they are incapable of doing this they will be taught the basics on the spot.

If they fail after further attempts they will be denied entry into WG.
We are a warring clan, if runescape were maths, this would be "1+1".
If they fail that, we don't want them.

Alternatively:
If the member attends a war or tanks during a pkri/raid, that is sufficient evidence to show their capability in a war situation.

For example, my current mentee Renegade tanked well in the tip it 20v20 V 20v20.

THIS IS NOT TANK PRACTICE
The graduation period, when last i looked, was two weeks. Rachel has agreed to help and I will always be available to do this. We only need a couple of people to carry this out. It will only take 5 minutes to give our trials a basic tank test.

This rule was created 22/feb/10. It is up to date

As long as they don't get ko'ed in that war/raid... yeah...

I guess we could make it so that if they have been to a war and THINK that they have tanked well, they must ask one member who was there/staff member to post saying that they tanked well.... so we know.
(otherwise they can attend a tank test yeah)

I'm in favour of this.

Why didn't you say this at the start?
Clearly I didn't know that. Did I now?

I'll add to graduation the war/tank practice. I think it makes sense, but it can be at a war/raid or just at a practice.

lol Good thing I'm already graduated. wacko.gif

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”
