I'm not really in the mood for a lengthy post. Here are the changes: 1. Unbanning I'm going to reset the slate in the hall of shame, with a few exceptions such as AMJ. Those people will be given clan friend ranks. After that, all bans will be permanent. Why am I doing this? Because the hall of shame list was mostly populated by people who were banned before the decision to make bans forever. Think of this as the last chance appeal that Jagex offered a while back. 2. Anniversary This weekend I'm laying down the anniversary plans for the anniversary next week. And part of the anniversary is a mandatory raid on day one, which I'm going to hype up like the great war. We'll aim to bring 40 people to that raid. With 40, we should be able to take most p2p clans at the time so long as its non returning. There's also the famous clan quest, which people have been looking forward to for almost a year. 3. Council Revitalisation This was never announced formally but now it is. Council are now tertiary leaders AS WELL AS council members. Meaning council members have to be either event leaders (George and Rach) or raid leaders (myself, Kyle and Steve). This keeps them more in touch with WG and more active. I will be enforcing this very strictly. 4. Machinima I'm reluctant to post this right now. The poll is coming up soon and hopefully I'll make it into the finals. If not, I will post it on Newgrounds and get a similar, lesser publicity show. In any case, if this doesn't get WG the right sort of recruits, it's time to personally kick the recruitment team in the ass and go member hunting. This is Plan A. Randy posted a very good plan B in level 2 and I'm going to listen to him. This is not the last we've heard of recruitment. 5. Tanking Practises Raid leaders have been calling for a mandatory one, and I will make two. Twelve hours apart, and you'll have to check yourself off for attendance. Organisation lets us down a lot, and the only way to be better organised is practise - experience. You can't apply theory to it. We have to raid more often and hold tank practises. This is also going to be put back into the graduation requirement, and raid leaders will be hosting them once more. ______________ That's plenty to do in March. I'll hear what else you want from me and we can aim to do it at the end of the monthone these five goals have been achieved. --------------------  | ||
