3 days are up. Ex-member please?

Well WG, I think its finally time for me to go. Three main reasons..

When I returned to WG, for about the entire month, I don't think I enjoyed myself at all. Everything felt like work, and thats not what I'm here for. The community is not what it was in the past, etc etc. You've all heard it before I think.

Second is that I've been slipping to inactivity once again (me, who would've guessed?). Its not that I don't like this game, but there are things I'd rather be doing.

Normally I would take Emeritus, but recent discussion about the emeritus rank has led me to believe that I am an "emeritus abuser." Meaning that every time I don't feel like scaping, I just go into the safe haven of emeritus where no one will bother me, and I can return whenever I want. Despite my rank and status as a "veteran" or "old-school," I'm not exactly a model member and don't really deserve to be here. Also I'm hoping that me leaving WG will give me the push to never play this game again, but only time will tell...

I'd do shout outs but in all honesty, I don't know very many of you anymore. I'll never forget WG, whether I realize it or not, this clan has impacted my life.

Aw Mike its sad to see you go.

It was really great to get to know you and I had a great time being your mentor back when you first joined WG. I'll never forget when I taught you how to do Barrows tongue.gif

I understand what you mean about the Emeritus situation and even though I don't like it I think you are doing the right thing.

I hope you don't disappear and stop by once in a while to check up on us.

Now back to the good part!

I wish I could say yes, but there really is nothing that can be done (short of the revival of the skills sector!)

Good luck Mike. I agree having the skill sector back would be awesome.

Tbh, where's this Emeritus discussion at? It sounds relevant.

It has always been a pleasure to have you in WG. You were one of the more friendly people when I joined the skill sector of WG.

When I joined at such a low lvl and scaped with so many awesome players. It was great. I was to new in WG to realize the impact of that era ending.

I was probably lvl 89 or 90 when I went to my first war. It was never a bad thing back then to be along. They were just glad you showed up for them.

If you would like to stay in contact send me your msn in a forum pm. Good luck in your future and I hope we still will here from you.

Rachy

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
