My attendance list for the mumble meeting somehow got deleted so please post if you were there. I will update the list then. My list is a good guess from me so please don't be offended. <333

We decided after our matched war to hold an impromptu Mumble meeting. Gene was available and gave us a view of the upcoming WG over the next 4 months and what to expect.

Some key points discussed:

1. 40 in attendance for our next war on Friday night

2. We are going to stop overshooting our strength on who we our fighting to build up our confidence.

3. Our key points to focus on are going to be:
@ a. Numbers ~ Our recruitment is going to be a priority. Kyle is heading the Recruitment team.
@ b. Organization ~ We will be practicing and having some serious skill building going on with our leaders.
@ c. Levels ~ We are not going to focus or worry over this til the above are working and well in place. Levels will come in time as we get back on top of our game.

4. David is our new personal trainer in WG. He is helping and keeping logs with members to help them make good decisions about where to train and such. We will not be harrassing members about levels.

5. Our Allies are fine. We will be cutting off ties with TBE.

6. We will be starting some You Tube Recruiting.

7. We discussed some of the general rules of the clan. We reviewed that all trials must have read them as they have to say yes on their application to join WG.

8. Gene gave us the name of those that were still going to be banned. Look in General Matters and Ex Member Lounge to view the names involved.

9. We are a p2p clan mostly in all our raids. Our current strength leads us into f2p wars atm. We plan on more Raids and making one or two wars a month. Wars should be special and something the clan can look forward to doing.

10. Emeritus is being updated. Gene will be posting the details about that.

11. Our goal is to get to 80 members and winning all wars over the next 4 months. Gene is taking over our war choices. He is certain we will win all wars.

12. Our activity is not to be a no lifing clan. We need to be careful of our pushing to hard that it makes it hard to be part of the clan. WG was founded on being the clan for all and not an elite clan. We will be keeping to our founding idea of the community.

Over all it was a great meeting and very inspiring. I'm looking forward to working with Gene to help WG realize it's full great potential.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

kewl, one thing i dont really agree with is making wars that rare. We want to make them something people can look forward to, but we also dont want to bore them all either.

This.

2-3 wars a week is by no means no lifing. If you think that is go to other clans.

i believe if i may put it into perspective just so chimpy cannot comprehend the simplicity of the constant war argument.

2-3 wars a week. cost = $100 IRL
5 sets lost in vain = 1mx5 = 5m
time spend getting it back = 10 hours
leaving wg due to lack of funds: priceless

For everything else including wealth there is the grand exchange. cheers!

no but seriously, besides the fact that most of our members can actually afford to keep up the armour req yet there is a lack of wars is rather wrong. i have my wg gear ready to go on the command and i ask whenever we can have a raid to go do alittle practice. more wars aren't just a must. they are essential if we are to gain the experience to succeed in pvp.

just being sarcastic. lol

but some people in the past have left wg who have come back once they have rebuilt their bank. its been due to their lack of gp producing funds since they don't have a system to regenerate gp.
