As I'm busy through the week, it applies only to weekends. That's when I do 90% of my clan work. I'll also get the council to edit their lists in. That way we know what the council is working on. And we know who is slacking. ______________________________________ Not Attempted Currently Attempting Completed/Failed HIS LORDSHIP 1. Finish the last two days of the clanniversary 2. Prep for and host Day ONE, then recap. 3. Update the clansite (will take about 8 hours!) 4. Make a new recruitment template, and post it on Tip.it/RSC 5. Lead the Aussie raid, or at least attend. 6. Begin work on the clan quest 7. Check with David to see how the PT program is going 8. Navigate the mine field around Joe's post count 9. Relating to number 4, personally recruit on RSC/Tip.it 10. Commit my council to solid work and show results to WG. Updates (given every few hours in own timezone) 9:35pm (Fri): Made this topic, and now linking to Rachel, who in turn will link to remaining council. I will make sure they have a few points down - I do not expect as many as mine guys. Even 3 or 4 jobs is plenty. I am choosing to take on the majority of the work. Also, I have filled in a few jobs already. 3:45 am (Sun) - All council have posted their plans on here, and I've spoken to George and Joe regarding the post count. David has come to me reporting the PT program and the last thing I'm waiting on is seeing a written report in Level 2. Went to the Anniversary prep event. I'm now fully prepared for Day One of the anniversary. I've asked George to invite our allies to everything except the veteran war. Tomorrow's a big day for me in terms of clan work. Clansite (about 4 hours there), recruitment template, another 3-4 hours, Aussie Raid (which is going to be fun) and of course, the Clanniversary. 11:00am (Sun) - Started Updating the clansite with Darth. GEORGE 1. Compile Photo Albums, with the help of willing members. 2. Complete the outstanding applications (3). 3. Promote Day One of the anniversary by notifying those who haven't signed up. 4. Update the News box with the anniversary dates + times. 5. Organise Anniversary Preparation event. 6. Host the prep. event. 7. Close the Winter Awards voting and notify Winddancir of the winners. Updates (given every few hours in own timezone) 7.27pm (Friday): Completed the outstanding applications, of which only 1 could be accepted. Starting photo album work. 8.52pm (Friday): Have collected pictures for WG.com from March--->November of 2009. That took 1 hour 30 mins. 12.41am (Saturday): Photo Albums finished (March 2009-February 2010. Event pics + Achievements). Uploaded and sent to Gene. 11.44am (Saturday): News Box completely redone. 6:15pm (Saturday): Hosted the preparatory event and have completed the recap. 11.30pm (Saturday): Closed the Winter Award voting and gave the list of winners to Tabs. 9.15am (Sunday): Finished promoting Day One of the anniversary and invited our allies with Kcross' help. KYLE 1. Help Eugene update the Clansite. 2. Clean up SMS websites of non-WG members. Updates (given every few hours in own timezone) RACHELLOVE9 1. PM to all Emeritus not signed up for Day One 2. Updating the list for Day One 3. Doing the applications 4. Reviewing the trial guardians and pm to those that are nearing their graduation dates. 5. I plan on reviewing warn logs that need to be updated but this may take a while. If you need your warn log looked at feel free to pm me with it. 6. I will be finishing up on the March Gear checks soon and giving out warn levels to those who have not contacted myself, other staff or posted the picture. I did some other things with forum pm to members and emeritus for Day One. Updates (given every few hours in own timezone) STOKENUT 1. Cancel the PKRI this Friday I'm not sure what to add right now. I don't intend to be getting us any wars until after the anniversary events. After the anniversary I plan on using the increased activity and momentum to hopefully get us a big war or pkri.
