vista cd key rage

suddenly boot up my laptop for it to decide my vista key is invalid and microsofts fucking useless and will only give me the option to buy a new key or enter 1 were can i get a key i paid for this one im not paying again.

called them today on a premium rate line and got like nowere he didnt understand me and i believe he was saying my key was never valid in the first place when i bought it the laptop from a store so no idea and this cost me more money and left me with more rage so now ive got nowere

what's your brand of computer and model. possibly a serial number.

i would deal with the manucfacturer. i reccomend getting a laptop adapter IDE or SATA and moving your storage files to a safe location, get the recovery CD from a manucfacturer and use that to either repair or Destroy and install Vista as NEW. its the manucfacturers fault for mass producing and selling their product. lol =P

Another hour on the phone to Bangalore for them to decide that i have a valid windows vista key and that it is a problem with my laptop and now i have to lose everything on my laptop to be able to use it again ffs :@

Okay so apparently i have a Valid key but my software is wrong i tryed another VALID key and it said it was Invalid i was then instructed to hit F11 on reboot and then to do a restore so i sat there waited 30 mins for it to restore to factory settings. It then restarts and is stuck in loop that windows cannot load and it wants be to put in an installation CD which i dont have

Ask your PC manufacturer to send you one. You'll probably have to pay like £25 for it, but it beats paying like £95 for vista.

64-bit is a definate must. I'm not so sure about the "upgrade" part of it, but it may be useful.

I did not torrent windows 7 professional theres a special worldwide offer if you got an collegge / university e mail you can get a download and key for 30 pounds if your college / university is part of the MSNDAA you can get it for free mine is so i got it for free i guess i could send you the ISO file then however i got the 32 bit as there's more problems with the 64 bit version with errors / crashing so i just decided to get the 32 bit version.
