free to play

interestingly enough most people won't have to deal with it but for those that do. free to play has always shown one thing that makes it appealing and frightening, simplicity. the simple fact that free to play will forever play a lesser important but essentially the begining of our runescape careers make it without a doubt a force to be reckon and to be despised.

so, let the discussion begin, do you support f2p, are you against it. if so then why so much the trouble to prove f2p to be something it isn't.

if one thing i've learned in life is that we're driven by forces of pain and pleasure. wether you feel pain just the thought of hearing f2p or pleasure. the discussion will certainly bring forth these two values and the strength in which you abide to them.

I quote myself

QUOTE
P2P is very intense, adrenaline-rush, with good drops I admit. It's like the more hardcore side of things. I do have membership and I enjoy/am getting better at P2P, but I will always be F2P at heart. The events I enjoy most are F2P deep PvP wars and raids. They may not be full of barraging/1-hit KOs but it has it's level of intensity and fun. I prefer the simple, mellow side of wilderness events.

I like both. I always try to keep a balance between them.

It's like having a double whopper or a triple whopper from Burger King. One has more to it but they're both incredibly nice.

i feel enlightened and my perspectived broaded. perhaps the simplicity is indicative of the simple joys that free crap can bring us all.

i went emeritus to orient myself in a goal fashioned manner. not everyone has the ability to be goal focused. it takes diligence and true spirit to commit oneself to these conventions. i will maintain my wg duties in the utmost dutifulness with dignified platitudes befitting the manner in which i am concocted of my own design and inventiveness. coo coo cachoo.

F2P is the playground, everyone grows up there but most of us outgrow it.

Well written Mr V.

I have to agree with your post about us all liking free crap too. lol

I find I enjoy my f2p acct but it is not the level of what WG usually needs for f2p events. I was always in support of Glenn and his idea of f2p pures for WG. Though it doesn't make sense to take our training time away from our main acct that we use for our warring.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

ROFL, what a pro troll hash.png.

And I dont know whether you're referring to f2p in general or pvp wise. PvP wise anyways mot people do it because it's easier to tank, more relaxed, and in general you don't die as much. simplicity is really why it is so popular.
