As a fairly large clan, we have to have some sort of requirement for activity, especially when our memberlist is used to present ourselves before wars and the like. Everyone likes a small and easy-going clan, but after a certain amount of members, you have to start laying down some sort of rules. Definitely, you should spend your time productively wherever possible. It isn't worth annoying the people who've done a lot for you, and you won't leave for a while. However, talking to people you don't know is part of social interaction. It seems your parents need to open their minds to the truth - talking to people over the internet is fine as long as you don't give away your telephone number or address. And in many cases, in a clan like this, people would be happy to give away contact details because they know the people behind the names. I'd advise slowly working on your parents to make them aware of how harmless the internet is when you use it right. have that problem w/e i play Counterstrike and use my mic..... parents are gay like that. Just rebel, your a teenager for god sakes, its in our blood.
