What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader?
Ill be honest with you. I know I am very new to this clan but I thought I would give this a go. I can offer you my confidence in my calling ability and my experience in leading in tough situations, big numbers, and a lot over a long period of time. I am very versatile as a fall in leader. I can lead in both F2p and P2p. I called for Corruption many years ago and I am very confident in my abilities . I know that I could help WG in many ways with this position and try my best to bring it to its former self. I am extremely dedicated as well. Once I set my mind to something i will not give up until my goal is completed. Since my return from retiring I have set a goal and that is to make WG the best that it could possibly be and I really believe that goal is achieveable.
I am also open for criticism. If someone tells me that I am doing something wrong then I will honestly step back listen and evaluate what I am being told. I am not one of those people who believes thats its their way or the highway. I really think I could help WG a lot and I look forward to

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader?
I would honestly say my experience. Like I said before I have been through the good and bad times and I know that I could help out a lot. I have called in a top clan which I do not believe many in WG have done(I could be mistaken though).
I really just know that I am very confident in my abilities as a caller and fall in leader, and I know that if given the chance I could really benefit WG. I am active in just about all timezones when needed including aussie if it is completely necessary. I know when to call a fight off and when to keep going. I know when to regroup and when to hit the other clans pile. I know when to rest and when to clear snipers.
Another thing is my level of confidence I rarely hesitate. I believe while i am in a war that what I am doing is right and i go for it. I know that my experience has taught me many lessons on the dos and donts of p2p warring and f2p warring. I have learned quite a bit over the years and I think that really sets me apart from other people.
One other thing is my dedication. Lets say we get to a long a fight. I will return until the very end of that fight regardless of the time. I have been in many big fights with huge numbers and I mean it when I say no matter how good or bad it is I will be there in the end.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?
I will be fully active for a very long time. No there will be nothing coming up that will make me inactive

Is there anything else you would like to say?
I realize I am new to the clan but please take a good long look at my app before ruling me out just because of my time spent in the clan.

What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader?

Activity is my key. I am on nearly all day everyday, plus since im Australian, all wars and pks are in the morning, which dont clash with anything as I have University in the late afternoon.

I also have been around clans for awhile, so I have learn't many things about leading and tricks behind it.

As well as learning how to lead, I have experienced leading many times, having lead many Australian Raids in the past, even when I wasn't in WG.

I know when it is apropriate to take out my anger, especially what to that it out on. So I can keep calm, and controlled while on the job, and not let anything non related to work stress me or anger me while working with WG.

From all my previous experience in leading my team in basketball I know when its a close game, mentality is the difference in a win and a loss. So I know to keep moral high and keep people believing. Also I know when the going gets tough, you can not give in to pressure, stress and fatigue, so you have to put in those extra effects to succeed.

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader?

- Activity.

Having little hours per week for University, I am free nearly all day, every day. I may ocassionly have to work, but the hours I work, is when you Americans and English are sleeping anyway so it does not effect the clan.

- Experience.
I have had a role on staff before, so I understand that WG comes before my own account, and I understand how to do all the basic staff tasks such as updated attendance, working on forums etc.

- Detication.
With over 3 years in WG, I have been around to know how things work and I have been there through the major changes in the clan so I know what has to be done for the better and what can cause things for the worse.

- Personality.
I said this to the principal when I applied for school captain and he said he was a great line, so I will say it again. I see myself as a "Person of the People", someone who has little things to connect him with every type of social group, whether it be sport, games or music, which makes me a person easily approachable which many common things to talk about. This will help with people feeling free to talk to me, and also listening to me when I would need to lead.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?

Umm, no.

Is there anything else you would like to say?

I do play football on saturday morning, which means any friday night raid/war from 10:30PM GMT onwards I will be unable to attend, but this is only for like another 3 months, and if elected Raid Leader, I promise to stay alot longer than that.

What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader?
I think that I offer a huge margin of skill and dedication that other people cannot, I'm extremely active and I will put 100% dedication into everything, That's what makes me good.

I truly believe that with some hard work and some expansion of our skills we can put this clan back to the way this was. With me as your raid leader I will promise you 100% of my effort will be put into every raid, event and of course forum work.

I personally think we need to train harder, longer and get a lot more dedicated people willing to put more time into training their skills and making us reach back at the top of the ladder where I personally think we belong.

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader?

I think the main thing that puts me above other people applying is my Dedication. As I am on almost everyday, extremely active on forums/game/IRC.

My personality excels me above all other Applicants, I'm yet to meet someone that can honestly say they dislike me or even distrust me and the fact that I am so trust-able will help me to be listened to whilst leading raids and event and especially announcements. Because at the end of the day all we rely on is trust, if you trust each other and listen to what each other tell you, you cannot go wrong.

I am not a closed minded person, I take everything I'm told into consideration, and I take well to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, So if you ever have an idea or want to tell me I'm doing wrong, you just tell me.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?

From the looks of things now, No. But I can't guarantee that will not change.

Is there anything else you would like to say?

Thanks for taking the time to sit and read my application, Slayz0rr. x

Do you have a microphone and the ability to use audio for all wars? I indeed do good sir.

What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader? I'm very dedicated to trying to improve WG, becoming a better leader, and PvP in general of course (winner of best pvper from this winter's awards tyvm). I was a trial raid leader before during the running when Leecable was promoted to the position, so I have prior experience. I don't like seeing WG where it is right now PvP-wise and it's been upsetting that I've been so busy with school that I couldn't be as involved as I wanted to be. I want to get everybody psyched up for PvP events this summer. Summer is always the best time for PvP because everybody is far more active. I've learned a lot from raiding under Bto and Glenn to be quite honest. I always tried to pay attention to what they were doing because leading raids has always been something that interests me. There have been times where I go to every raid for weeks on end during summer including the Aussie ones which are at 4 A.M. for me. What I have to offer is the drive to get WG back up to where we were as a PvP clan, and a dedication to this clan and PvP in general.

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader? As above, I would say my dedication to WG. I really am tired of seeing this clan slump, and not being able to do anything about it because of school. PvP is what I love and I feel this is the best way to help my clan. Like I said above, I also have some prior experience, and I have a good knowledge of PvP in general because I do solo pking quite a bit. I don't plan on getting the rank and just giving up. I want to see WG being able to hold our own on a raid without having to invite allied clans, but still going out with friends like TS and having a good raid.

I don't want to bullshit here, so I'll be blunt. I am a good leader, but I need work. If there is somebody here that has more experience in actual leading that applies, and if they plan on staying and have a good record, then by all means, I think they should receive this position. I am applying because I want to do my part to get WG back into shape. I will work my ass off to become a better raid leader, and I will expect everybody else in the clan to do their part, too.

I guess my points all come down to that I will not let you down, and I will not give up on WG or stop trying to improve myself. I cannot and will not see this clan shrink into oblivion in PvP. We had an allied raid recently where I think there were four people from WG there. That, simply, is unacceptable for a raid that was in the afternoon in American time. We need somebody in the raid leader position that can get people excited about PvP while not losing their minds and going inactive or quitting because nobody is coming or we have a bad raid. Somebody that will work with the members to improve things. I think I can do that.

Do you have any plans for who WG could war in the future? If so please give details. In all honesty, I do not know a whole lot about how you find clans to fight that would be good for us. I understand the concept of a good outline for clans to fight, but I'm familiar with the major clans only, so I don't know any clans we could war in short.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Nope. I go back to school in mid August, but I'll still be active during the school year. I'm always incredibly active during summer, especially in PvP.

Is there anything else you would like to say? I hope we get some good other applications and that whoever is chosen will lead WG well as a raid leader and be strong until we get back on top of our game. Good luck to all applicants.

What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader? I have a lot of experience in PvP and bounty hunter. I have many ideas on events such as fire strike wars, EP skill events, plan on having raids 2x a week, etc. As Raid Leader I will be very active and be on IRC as much as possible, even if I'm Idling I will be ready to answer a question when I receive it.

I also have a lot of falador teaming experience being in a falador team for 4months. In that time I met many Clans and Many weaknesses, I was High Ranked in the team and was given the chance to lead pk trips. The team falador wasnt entirely in falador, we had trips where we went to wilderness multi and we did a lot of grand exchange luring.

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader? I should be thought of before any other applicant because Summer Vacation begins This Friday, June 11th and is the beginning of extreme active Raid Leader. During the Summer my Playing time will sky rocket from Weekends only to Every Day, Meaning 4-10 hours+ every day.

Knowledge of PvP is another reason I should be the next raid leader, one summer I spent every moment Pking and learning about Pking, in that time I must have spent 200 hours team Pking and 400+ hours solo pking.

My Will to make this clan the very best it can is at the maximum level, I want the Clan to Win Wars, Take place in more raids, gain more experience, and regain the need to help the clan succeed mentally and physically. I assure you that I will work as hard as I can function.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? It being Summer there are vacations my family have planned, all together the planned vacation time away from WG is around a week and a half.

Is there anything else you would like to say?
My Bh rank owns biggrin.gif

What do you have to offer as a Raid Leader?

I have many qualities that will allow to me excel as a Raid Leader.
  • My experience of being both raid leader and warlord assures you that I am qualified for the position. I know what to do, I know what is expected of me, and I know that some of you believe in me and my leading ability.
  • I am a veteran of WG. My total time of being in WG is over four years. I've seen us at our peak and at our lows. I know what we are capable of as a clan, and I want to be able to restore that.
  • I am a fierce leader. I don't think you will find a person who wants WG to restore it's former strength more than I do. I want us to succeed. I want us to start winning wars again. I want us to be able to compete. I believe I have the ability to get the best out of people and motivate us to become a better clan.
As a raid leader I will get us back on track. Many of you are aware of the long streak of wars we have lost. I want to bring this losing streak to an end. I want to make sure we have capable leaders to get us over this hump. I want us to start winning wars again. I want us to have more successful raids. My desire for us to succeed will be shown in full force if given this position.

What puts you above other people applying for Raid Leader?

The biggest thing that puts me above other applicants is my EXPERIENCE.

I've had the rank, I've been there and done that. Walked the walk and talked the talk. I know what is expected of a raid leader, and I know that I can fulfill all expectations of me with great confidence. I have been told before by many people that I was a great leader, and I know that my abilities have not changed.

Not only does my experience allow me to excel in actual in-game leading, but I believe that I am a valuable asset when it comes to tutoring or mentoring any new raid leaders that are promoted. Raid leader is not an easy job. I know how stressful and difficult it can be at times, and I like to think that I am able to deal with these obstacles with relative easy, as I've held the rank before. This may not be the case with a newly promoted raid leader. I believe I can do a great job of assisting any new raid leaders with any problems they may be having. Like always I am always available for a chat or help if I'm not promoted.

Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive?

I'm on summer vacation for the next four moths, then university starts up again. It definitely won't make me inactive I just might not be online IRC as much during the day.

Is there anything else you would like to say?

Thanks for reading. Good luck to all applicants.
