      IRC Nickname: WG Justin Group: Banned Posts: 372 Member No.: 74 Joined: January 1, 2008 Total Events Attended: 110    | Well for non council staff you guys may be wondering what on earth this is, for council you guys already know, with our focus this month being recruitment, we are about to start pushing this, on a major level. I need everyone to start to compile ideas and plans for recruitment in here including information for members on how to recruit. Once we are satisfied with this I will compose this information into stickies in this forum. From here we will be introducing a competition that should make members interested. The plan is to use this forum as a diary, each member will have a thread and should post upon it every few days talking about what hey have done as far as recruiting is concerned, Rewards are another key point we need to work upon, I believe we will decide on the winners by looking at members diaries and also the number of people they have successfully recruited in the month, this will mean adding 1 more step to application processing, simply by editing the members diary thread and adding an extra number to their recruit count. -------------------- WG SINCE 21 MARCH 2005 |
