Hey! Thanks for being curious about how to Recruit well over RSC for your clan 
When recruiting over RSC, you should look around in this forum: http://www.zybez.net/community/index.php?showforum=390 - It's the 'Looking for a clan' forum.
When you are reading this forum, you check all of the posts which seem to generally fit our requirements, for example, if a post says 'Level 118 F2P Looking for a clan', go in and have a look. Please ensure you read the topic first so that you can asses whether this potential WG member would be good for WG. Make sure, for example, he doesn't say stuff like 'I only want a PvP clan', because we are not solely a PvP Clan.
Having read their topic, then make sure that nobody else in WG has posted our recruitment template. Scroll through it all. We don't want you getting in trouble for double posts 
Once you've assessed the potential member, and see that he/she would be a nice addition to the clan, post this template in his/her post which DARTH MAGUL made epically

Recruitment is a very important aspect to all clans, it keeps fresh members coming in, and gets our name out
to the community. But not all people know what to do, say, or how to go about it, hopefully this guide will help.
Forums
Forums are the most common place to find potential new members, first, heres a list of some of the more popular
fansite forums for clan recruitment, in order from best to worst (imo anyway)

DO NOT reply with something that looks copy and pasted, try and make it more personal and relate to them.
Eg if they are asking for a stable clan, go into more detail about how we've been going for over 5 years under the
same leader.
Post about stuff that interest them according to what they have posted as much as possible, but try and include
the main things like:
• We're a mixed clan, which does a huge variety of events, from skilling, minigames and boss killing, though our main
focus is pvp.
• requirements, number of members and avg lvls.
Ingame
Recruiting ingame is also a good place
When you're at a bank or a crowded place, just do a quick message like that. If anyone pm's you, help them through the process (though it is a lil hard without risking getting reported).
To get them to our site/forums just tell them to search our name in any search engine and it'll bring up our site forums and memberlist, and to register and introduce urself there.
When you're only with a couple other people, try talk to them more personally. Like "Hai ______, interested in joining a clan?" If they say yes, give them a bit more info and answer any questions they have. If no, kick them in the fase with your ENERGY LEGS.
So ya thats basically it, just try to talk to them as a person, not just +1 member.
