 Could I suggest that we change the banner rotation.

The WG and TBE skill olympics banner is very lovely

But its fucking 1 year out of date neko2.gif

Actually, pressing F5 will reload the page -using- your browser's cache. So, if your browser is working properly, it should keep the old image.

CTRL+F5 will reload -ignoring- the cache, so it will request a new image.

It saves time if we all have it, rather than giving the council yet another task to perform.
