We had a ts meeting to discuss some general clan issues.

The War:

The attendance was 13 people. This was a poor turn out due to a US vs England sports event that was a world cup game. This affected two of our major time zones and maybe we will have to consider sports in our scheduling of wars.

PVP:

The RSC clan idea of warring was discussed. Overall it was a positive suggestion and hopefully our pvp leaders can arrange something.

Sign up name lists need to be more accurate. Any staff unsure of how to do this please have a chat with me and I'll explain it. <33

Practices:

Mark held our last practice and the overall discussion was that this went well.

Motivation:

This is something we need right now badly in WG. Winning wars, combat training and recruitment are the things that will help us get stronger as a clan.

It is noted that Gene's organizing wars gets best turn outs because he does banners, threatens people to sign up and makes it activity check. Go go Gene. . . but seriously the clan needs to realize that we should be happy to war without all the hype. Banners and signature for wars and spamming with some reminder pms on the forum seem like they should be good.

Recruitment:

TipIt, RSC and other fansite recruitment needs to be updated and used better. Clan Wiki was brought up by George. Rob is our current biggest recruiter.

Thanks to everyone that attended.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

Recruitment can be as simple as putting WG's name in your avatar, signature, clan field, etc. People don't really look at recruitment topics, how you behave normally on the forums has a great effect.
