So tonight, just about the 1 year anniversary of my account getting banned, maths pointed out a thread to me of a guy who said he wrongly got banned, and maths had responded that he had had a friend getting wrongly banned as well for having a remote on his keyboard.

Mod Poppy replied pretty much saying "No he didnt."

so maths posted my account name for her to check, and while we were waiting, I was like, even if they relised they fucked up, they wouldn't say it. Why would they be like "Oh lolz, you didn't auto, soz about being banned for a year, wanna buy p2p?"

and after quite awhile, she came back and said "that was no remote"

ah, how i love customer support! 1 year it takes to get a conversation with a mod who will check my account and by then its too late for them to admit they are wrong, sigh.

That really sucks. I've known several people who lost their mod because of being accused of things they didn't actually do. I've been told that one day I probably will too because of the keyboard and mouse I use. They have been unbanning a lot of old banned accounts lately though, so maybe one day they will unban yours too.
