My name is Ehtya and I am the Head of Diplomatic Actions for the Universal Triumvirate. This union is built upon many things, but we are all for one goal, justice. We serve for justice through intelligence and these are the two things we really strive for. We were founded by the visionary Zerouh to combat corruptionests, hackers, and injustice and we think us two have very similar goals. We are based also on a strong government but very free giving one. So we think the clans can all go for themselves, the government shouldn't control them, and we don't. Instead, the government helps support, empower, and assist with anything the clans need. So technically, you could join the union, but not have to do anything, you just make good friends and connections, it's pretty great. Our constitution is how we run and it will explain all of our policies and how our government works, we have a very strong government and we work efficiently. As a matter of fact they all appear to be noob clans with requirements of 20-80 combat. They'll run away and aggressively accuse you of "attacking" them and their "beliefs". I'm sorry, please, keep teaching our kids that they'll burn in hell if they don't believe. The Triumvirate has a few clans that are not on the wiki, and a few that are. We are pretty selective in who we think is suitable and actually working for justice to. However, look at the clans Elarchan Empire and Amanacer, two of our members, and both pretty serious and good clans. -------------------- | ||

We have, I believe, thirteen clans in the Triumvirate, each having (Generally) around 10-20 members. You wouldn't need to conduct a census if all of your clans had RuneHead memberlists. What gets me the most is how your triumvirate has created such a planned government-like procedure in how you do everything. It is like the primitive life of the clan world, but in modern times. Definitely check out RuneHead for information on clan lists. It would make the lives of many of your members and leaders easier. Another tool that people use is called IRC. It is basically an open chat server that you can create your own channel on and have everyone in the same channel and talk about important issues. And a final tool is Ventrilo/TeamSpeak3, both being popular voice chat programs that you can use a mic to communicate between your members with. These 3 tools are the most used tools outside of what JaGeX has provided RuneScapers with. Check them out. I am sure they will make everything that you have done a lot easier. Well His Lordship, we could benefit in many ways from being allies, here are a few- >We can build a greater community together. >You could assist us with some media and attention (surely being allied and on good terms with a great and famous clan such as your own will have it's benefits) >We can assist you with anything you might need diplomacy wise, I don't mean to brag but, we have a really good diplomatics department. Though I am sure you are all pretty capable on that end to. >Having two great groups (1 clan and 1 union) ally is almost always a very welcome thing and seen as a great measure of peace. >We can assist you with anything you might need politically as well. Most of the members of the branch are relatively experienced with standard government procedures but our founder, Zerouh, is a political genius. He is a really smart guy and his ideas and actions involving government and politics are really amazing. He is really good (and as a group the whole exective branch is generally are also pretty good) at seeing the problems with a government, and knowing exactly how to fix it. >We can also help with intelligence work. Our Head of intelligence (calls himself Ascencia) is really good, he's kind of an ass, but he's incredible at his job, he does good reports and is really good at finding corruptionests and spies. >You could assist us (maybe) military wise. We have never gotten into a war, and we stay really peaceful with almost everyone but if we were ever threatened, we would appreciate some support because our military has shrunk a bit recently. There are probably a few other smaller things, but for now, that is what I can think of. -------------------- | ||

It's really new though, so not all of them are on there but all clan leaders get representation there. It's been pretty deserted recently for some reason, but not all of them have joined it yet as I said, so that would explain it.
