Welcome to the recruitment drive.  This is topic is a singular effort to help you our members, the foundation and rock base of this clan recruit.  This will be in some ways a competition but also a way for you to diary your efforts to help yourself make note of what is helping you succeed.

Each member participating will have their own section under the stickies where they can log their own progress.  Recruits and potential recruitments to the Wilderness Guardians will be posted every 1-3 days to log your progress.

There are rewards as well!

The top 3 recruiters will have rewards similar to The Outpost.  We will have banners and the top finishers may receive the conveted WG T-shirt from Gene himself.  Mugs with "You will have nothing left!" will be given to the runners to 4th and 5th positions...

The end date will follow the end of summer August 31st 8 pm eastern, just the same as the outpost, so follow both closely.

Remember though that the top priority is to get good fun loving members that can with us.  Our goal is 80 Wilderness Guardians by the end of the summer, but keep in mind quality, not quantity.  Winners will not be decided by numbers in particular but the quality of the effort you give.  Also have fun meeting new people!

To recruit we recommend using online community message boards.  That way we get people that are used to using forums.  Chances are they know how to use IRC and voice chatting clients.  Here are a few websites, we will be mainly using Tip.it.  Our reqs are 100+ with 70+ range.  Be sure they meet our specifications.
