The Recruitment Drive . . . ~ Now that we have a major victory under our belt its time to follow the momentum. Morale is high and the future of this clan is unlimited. Now is the time to recruit and increase our strength. This won't be the standard recruitment that we've had before. Each member is allowed to keep a diary and log their progress over time. Your probably asking why do that? Well we can pool together our ideas and see whats working! Also there is a big incentive to the people that put forth the most effort. This won't merely be restricted to the amount of people you pull in, but the efforts you show as a whole will be considered... With that said the top 5 recruiters will get some nice WG rewards similar to the outpost but better. Why not try to win both?  Forums are HERE --------------------   | ||

I don't know how it would be done, but I just don't think it's a good idea for this to be so public. Just imagine if you're a new member...and you find out that people are getting rewards for the number of people they get to join...it'll make them feel like those that recruited them just said whatever was necessary to get them here, and eliminate any personal connection they had with their recruiter. Maybe I'm just thinking it through a little too much, but I personally wouldn't like to be welcomed with "So, if you can get five people to join, we give you *insert prize*!" I'd feel like I was just a pawn in someone else's plan to get some free stuff. Not to say that prizes aren't good motivation, and that we shouldn't be doing what we can to encourage recruitment, but maybe not so public to the people we're trying to help integrate into our family. --------------------   | ||

 IRC Nickname: Sgtswordfish Group: Guest Posts: 1737 Member No.: 1758 Joined: March 9, 2009 Total Events Attended: 64 | i'm guessing they are trying to find the people that are great recruiters. once that's done. pull them together under one team. and then take off from there at least that's what i did in my job once. i told everyone that whoever managed to get the most leads would have free lunch and a weekend of their choosing off (*which is rare in retail*). i found out 5 out of 100 had great lead generating potential so i made them my team and we host cash prices for the 5 while everyone else got a barbecue cookout and a free weekend of their choosing just an idea --------------------  Goals 2011  | ||
