Elyxiatic (99 Mining, 99 Summon). 2. Indivi2you (99 Mining, 82 Summon). 3. Mmangler (93 Mining, 79 Summon). 4. Zemus3654 (90 Mining, 99 Summon). 5. Hollow_Fyre (90 Mining, 92 Summoning). 6. Nizzze1 (85 Mining, 72 Summoning). 7. Sativas (84 Mining, 88 Summoning). 8. Ubg-Fbruges (89 Mining, 69 Summoning) 9. Vephyrus (82 Mining, 99 Summoning). 10. Sgtswordfish (79 Mining, 46 Summoning). They all have been selected to represent WG in the Jagex Skill Cup! The Structure of the Skilling Cup: The skill chosen is Mining. The week of skilling will begin on July 4th (7.01 pm EST) , and will end on July 11th (6.59 pm EST). Everyone on the team is required to do AT LEAST 5 hours of mining, where the object is to get the highest exp per hour as possible. HOWEVER. I want everyone to do 7 hours MINIMUM, the more the better though. Meanwhile: 1. All competitors need to get a dragon pickaxe. Sell whatever you need to. They are selling for 200k over the Market Mid Price (~14m). This is VITAL. If you can't get hold of one, contact me a.s.a.p. 2. Consult Jayson's Mining Cup Guide, which details which summoning familiars you can use to help you. Stock up on pouches for the highest familiar you can (lava titan is the highest - pouches DO sell atm). 3. Consult Zemus3654's Guide for the FASTEST MINING EXP for Lvl 80+. HERE. 3. Familiarise yourself with the rules of the competition by clicking HERE. 4. Familiarise yourself with the list of DISALLOWED ITEMS by clicking HERE. Congratulations again on being chosen you ten, this is a big responsibility and we must do well in this competition. The Skilling Week: You have exactly 7 days, until July 11th, 6.59pm EST, to do your 7 sessions of skilling. 1 session = 1 hour, where mining is the main exp trained I STRONGLY suggest that you GO OVER THE 60 MINUTE MARK. So skill solidly for like 70 MINUTES, just to be sure that you have an hour covered. You MUST post your hours on THIS TOPIC as you get them, so I know who is doing well and who is lagging behind. An indication of your average exp would be incredible as well. If you are interested in how Jagex calculate the exp per hour thing, then click here. Guardians - please give this your full support. It was a series of selection and asking people. I mean, a few people who I asked declined due to being on holiday, work etc, so i'm glad now that we have an active team! What I am going to do is wear the Varrock armour so it will not count because ATM I am now 94 mining and I tried but I cannot get 83 summoning in the time allotted and mine so I am going for the 95 and then I will do the time which will count because I will not be wearing the Varrock armour. no you arent, they changed it last minute.
