Penguin Hunting ^.^ Complete Details There is no requirements to actually do Penguins but there are many Quests you can do to increase the speed and how efficient you are at doing them. Hunt for Red Raktuber is another very good quest to complete. Most importantly It is free Experience in any skill 2. You get to train skills you don't/won't train normally(ex. Dung, RC) 3. Randy I believe that Stickied Events Do Two things - Makes Event makers Lazy and Two Make the event seem less important, because the event doesn't get nearly as many posts or publicity as it would if the post was posted lets say Today.
