Ohh, besides the obvious... We'll that's for the leaders and staff to worry about. And if they ever need help they can ask for assistance from the members if it ever comes down to it. From there it is down to the members to actually do it. But from what I see, our problem isn't the staff, it's the members and the lack of effort. You can name it after me . . . DeRachy Day. Actually I am trying to get better organized in life so that I have more time for RS. I've been told that is a crazy reason but to me it makes sense. I will get to play more and have more fun. Level 4 has been discussing some rank changes with promotions and things coming up in about 2 weeks. The real life meeting seems to be getting planned very well by Gene. Vephy has totally been awesome with the recruitment efforts. I'm doing some sweeping today for our inactive. Really if you are inactive and reading this, then please pm and we can discuss how I can help you. If you need events scheduled at times that will work for you or you need to have f2p events or you just have something you want or need, remember I am here to help get things worked out to make WG the best clan for you. Advice to all wanting to move up in rank: 1. Read what it takes to get the next rank you want and do it. 2. Get involved with our new members and help them as much as you can. Some think that they can't recruit, but everyone can help with new members. 3. Remember to be polite to each other and our guest in irc. 4. It is not your responsibility to host events, but it is your right to do it and much appreciated by all of staff. I really enjoy seeing all members putting out the effort to host and do their recaps. (If you do an event and need attendance done, just let me know and I will gladly update it for you.) This is just in general to anyone that sees stuff that needs done or is being overlooked by the staff.
