Looking at our previous fights, a few of us do not have the gear which is going to change. There will be a gear check posted later on in the week(or next) in which you will need to have the required FoG gear as well as your raid sets. Here is what's needed. It's easiest if you buy the uncharged item from the GE, then go and charge it at FoG so it takes less tokens/time. We will be hosting some FoG events throughout the week to help you get the items. Item Name: Uncharged GE Price - FoG tokens to Charge Druidic Mage Hood: 65k -- 10 Tokens Druidic Mage Top: 78k -- 30 Tokens Druidic Mage Bottom: 61k -- 20 Tokens Rune Berserker Shield: 220k -- 30 Tokens Rune Gauntlets: 200k -- 20 Tokens Explorers ring 3 is another very important item. It has some decent stats (+1 Prayer) But most importantly, it restores your energy by 50, 3 times (recharges every 24h) which helps a lot when tanking, and not only in Cwa. You can get it back for free so you can use it in pvp, raids wherever. You have to complete the Lumbridge diary for this, which should take you no longer than 30mins-1 hour. Recommended Talisman Staff - This has not been made mandatory, however I recommend you all getting it. It is the best f2p staff for tanking (+15 Mage Def. +3 Slash Def.) We will be hosting some GoP events too to help you get this. Dungeoneering Items Dungeoneering items aren't always allowed in wars, but in the case that they are it's good to be prepared. There are a few items which work very well in F2p which i will list below. Gravite Rapier - 40k Tokens - The new Rune scimmy. Has better str, better att bonuses and it also stabs instead of slash (Rune is weaker to stab) Gravite 2h - 40k Tokens - Has a massive +90 Str bonus, though this is really only usefull for snipers and fall in leaders. Gravite Staff - 40k Tokens - Best staff for f2p. Has +15 Mage att as well as 5% extra damage. Arcane Blast - 15k Tokens - Best necklace for maging in f2p. +10 Mage att, and +10% Damage. Tome of Frost - 44k Tokens - A good shield swap for magers, it gives +10 Mage Att (as well as infinite water runes) Longbow Sight - 10k Tokens - Use it on a Maple Longbow for MEGA range bonuses, making ranging a lot more accurate and useful. Magical Blastbox - 40k Tokens - Holds the runes for blast spells in a box, taking up one space instead of 3. --------------------  24th to 2496 Overall ~ 29th to 120 Dungeoneering ~ Guardian since November 2007 ~ - I now play WoW lols - Server: US Jubei'Thos Faction: Horde 85 Blood-Elf Paladin 85 Troll Hunter | ||||
