Don't really wanna leave but staying doesn't make much sense anymore. Everything I enjoy doing with WG I can do just as easily as a friend of clan/ex member. 95% of our events are at horrible times for my schedule, and I hope I don't offend anyone with the next statement, but I personally hate raids/wars. Never get kills, almost alyways die. (INB4 "go train") I actually try to make sure that I have Real Life stuff going on just so I dont have to go to raids. I do not have raid gear, I sold it few weeks ago so that i could afford levels I wanted. If I stayed in WG right now, it will only be a matter of time before I'm kicked for skipping or for not having gear.

I will continue to visit on IRC, and will probably hang out in CC so this is not a good bye forever (therefor no shout outs).

I'm very flexible with creating events if that is your main problem.

I would be very tempted to reconsider this but the main reason I'm leaving is not the lack of events at times good for me, if that was a huge issue I would just host my own events.. I'm leaving because I would rather leave and have the option to one day return than to be kicked because of skipping things I do not want to do. I don't enjoy raids atleast not now. So my only option to avoid warn levels because of not attending raids is to make sure I have something in real life to keep me busy. Which doesn't make me as high quality of a member as I would like to be.

I'm the same exact way with raids, but there is only like 2 raids per week so I still go to whatever posted ones I'm online for.

IDK if you know or not, but the impromptu raids are not mandatory.
The only thing you're obliged to do is post on upcoming wars if you can go or not, and attend the weekly raids.

I'm sure some people come to regular events that don't enjoy them as much as the pvp ones so I do the same to help the turnouts.
