I will be hosting an Age of Empires II: Age of Kings Tournament. One game fits up to eight people. I'm hoping to get that many, but we need at least four to start a game. Attendance is given. The rules will be standard death match from the dark age, victory by conquest, black forest map, two teams, and most importantly NO RUSH until ALL Imperial. When? Saturday, September 18th. 1:00pm GMT 8:00pm West Australia 10:00pm East Australia 8:00am USA EST Where? Be in the IRC Lobby and wait for me to give the commands. How? If you don't know how to get AOE2 multiplayer running, you need to consult a member who has done it before, preferably someone who plays it regularly. His Lordship, Armybuilder, Zooby and Jayson are all knowledgeable on how to get in running. You could also ask Keanu or maths, if they can remember how. There's quite a bit involved but there are SEVERAL topics up on WG forums, including and IA (which I recommend if you want to figure it out) for you to refer to. You'll need a working version of the game, a patch if it's torrented or illegally downloaded, the update 2.0a, and LogMeIn Hamachi. It's not easy to get started the first time but every time after, it's a piece of cake. And anyone who's played against WG will tell you it's an awesome experience. Who?
