I know pretty much all of you don't use Macs but I could still use some advice (or guesses tongue.gif )

Teamspeak works fine when I'm using my ethernet cable.

The problem is when I use my school's wifi.
When I try to connect to WG's TS it says "Error connecting to server."
The wifi connection is through a VPN Client (which is like a secure connection).

I've tried turning off the firewall and that has nothing to do with it.

The wifi network host might have blacklisted it?

I was thinking that, but they have said in the past that they don't care what we do as long as it's not illegal.. so I kinda doubt it

I have that same problem at my college and I went to the tech department last week and there was nothing they could do about it.

Although I have been able to connect once or twice in the past, I'm not sure about now.

Probably, that port is blocked -- on the -other- end of the VPN - Most likely along with all the other high port #s, because torrents and such use those numbers, in addition to gaming.

You are going to need to find a SOCKS 4/5 proxy, and then set TS3 to run through it. I suggest google for both of these.
This will, provided the SOCKS proxy isn't blocked, tunnel -through- the vpn and its firewall at the end, providing unrestricted access to the other side.
Only downside is that socks proxys are notoriously slow(free ones especially), but if you can find a good one(or pay for one), TS3 should be fine, along with most gaming.
Torrenting through one however... possible but slow.
