These are our current Guardians: 13lack boxxy ........ 7th Light Armybuilder1 ........ A_Haunting_A (inactive topic) demomc ........ gamecubelord hamfield3 ....... italys_pvm kat0010 ....... Kung Man149 letter fly ........ Masamune39 (leaving) monster3665 ........ Nytemares4u (inactive topic) p0p0k1lla ........ SupremoPete Topwobler ........ zero boards9 Zooby69 I think that Hamfield3 and Topwobler are both great members. Topwobler has been a little less active so far this month but we could watch that and see. Kat is a good member too, but I am not ready to promote her yet. There are at least 3 others that are just as good or better members. I'll talk about some others after some of you have posted more. These are our current Higher Guardians: Elyxiatic Garrett Jayson Mark markenzie1 Mmangler Rodney75 Tai_Master Ubg-Fcbruges Rodney75/Tom is the only one that really stands out on that list. Garrett is still maturing. Markenzie1 hasn't been as active lately but still an awesome member. For me those are the three that stand out the most on the list. It won't be finalized til the end of the month cause things can change in 2 weeks, but I think this will give everyone a chance to think it over and post. --------------------  Thank you Garrett and Dallar. “The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. He just tried to leave a month ago, and admitted to being an event skipper. That's not what I'd want to see in a Higher Guardian. Topwobler is a good choice. Friendly, and doesn't cause any trouble. A bit quiet though, but otherwise, he'd be good for it. From Higher to Elite, nobody really stands out to me. Also, about these promotion discussion topics. How about we allow all discussion about to to be Elite Guardian+, but MoTM stands at staff discussion only? I see nothing wrong with it. --------------------  | ||||

He has been with the clan a long time. I think he gets overlooked for a reason though in the past. He is f2p and that makes him less able to come to events and when we have one he could attend he seems busy. Katt is a no. I really like her and was her mentor but just no for now. She doesn't stand out to me. I don't see her greeting people in IRC or helping others or any of the things I would want in a Higher Guardian. She is a really nice person but needs to step it up for a promotion. Gary got his promotion last month for his dedication of going to real life meeting and I think his rank is good at Higher for now. Mmangler is mature and comes to events as he can. To Kyle: I see Jonathan/Hammy as very friendly and helpful. To me he seems to attend a good many events. He also seems gp lacking in the game at times. I know getting gear has been difficult but he worked through it. He does have a heart for WG. He skips? like what? Did he get a warn lvl for it this month? Two other possibilities would be Kung, who seems to be dedicated and active, and Kat, who attends pretty much every event (even Aussie raids). For elite, no one really stands out. They're all great members but the elite rank is something that takes a lot of time and continuous effort. My top two would be Rodney or Ubg. --------------------   | ||||

Kat, just no. It is really sad to see the amount of young guys in WG who are totally falling for her. There is no real reason to give her higher other than the fact that she is a girl lol, hamfield is by far and away a better member and Kyle has pointed out he has problems as well. Gary, again just no. I'd have to disagree. Kats been in the clan for about ~5 months and has 70+ events. Not to name names, but there are higher and elite guardians with less than that who have been here for years. Hammy is a nice guy, but as Darth said skips an annoying amount of events and loves to bring up how poor he is at the ones he does go to. And while event activity doesn't determine promotions, the other factors seem to lack on the other possible candidates (except Topwobler and maybe Kung as I said). The only for sure promotions I would pick at this moment would be Rodney, Markenzie1 to Elite and Topwobler to Higher. The others need to show more to WG, not just strength in one area. Promotions should be really well earned. All three are very active and the most polite people in WG and really show the image we want to create for a ranked member. --------------------   | ||||
