     IRC Nickname: [Randy] Group: Raid Leader Posts: 5065 Member No.: 16 Joined: December 29, 2007 Total Events Attended: 499    | PK Run-Ins 101 To prepare for our upcoming fight vs. Infliction (wink wink sign up), I have created a simple overview of how PKRIs work. Basic Definition: -A PK Run-In is a returning fight. -If you die, you re-gear and make your way back to the battlefield. -At the end of the time cap, the clan with the most members on the battlefield wins. Your responsibilities: This is not what you should do but what you must do. -Sets. Have your required PvP sets. If you're new, please buy them now. -Return. By purchasing your PvP gear you accept the reality that those pixels are no longer yours. They're in your bank but they belong to the other clan. -Spam. Spam allows members to easily locate the target and intimidates the opponent. Tips & Tricks: -If you're unfamiliar with P2P PvP please read BTO's P2P Guide. -EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT MAGING YOU MUST BE ON ANCIENTS. If you have 90 mage (or 86 with magic pot) then use the level-90 teleport to GDZ for the fastest returning. This also allows us to start sending more mages if needed. -If under 90 magic you can either: Games necklace to BH bank and run up OR use the Edgeville lever and run south/east depending if there is PKers etc. -Only bank if you get a VLS or something 5m+. If you run out of food.. die. It's the fastest way to return. -Stay positive. I've seen fights where one clans gets destroyed in the beginning and makes a comeback due to different tactics/people logging on. Most people might not know what to do during PKRI's btw if you forgot to include that, their's a canoe at edgevill bank - guys use that if possible and run back up as fast as possible. I am not a supporter of the canoes but if you feel you can do that quicker than go for it. Ancients tele gets first priority though. -------------------- | ||
