First off I would like to go through the our wars since the start of 2010, and make sure we all have semi-accurate war attendance. Because right now, I'm at 5 wars attended and I know that isn't right and I've had others complain to me about it as well. 2. I would like to start regularly hosting a raid every week, probably on Wednesdays as those are short days for me, and the middle of the week seems like a good time anyways. 3. I would like to incorporate some kind of mentor system into warring and tank practice, I'm thinking about assigning members to those that have a lot of war experience, friendly, and knowledgeable about RS. Maybe have clashes with other teams and mentors? ^ Yes this. As a start, the P2P full out in stronghold of security from 2 weekends ago has not been recapped  I think the mentor system would be really good. The reason we do lose wars/pkris is because of a lack of experience, panicking when attacked, getting ko'ed etc. This sytem could potentially solve these problems if managed correctly.
