Abandoning WG from a leadership position and ignoring the two weeks notice is what Mugger did, and the appropriate rank is banned.
Right now, Vephy has a small window to take back his actions.
A few hours to take back council, and post a formal two week notice to ride out.
After a few hours, it will no longer be a "Heat of the moment" thing which I can forgive.
It will be full-blown abandonment. I hope he changes his mind.
He made it clear he won't be returning to WG.
However, he deserves a dignified end.

WG JUSTIN

Justin did not quit like Vephy. I had to painfully demote him.
This occurrence requires less explanation.
Over the last few months, Justin had not been completing any council duties.
As warlord he had not organised wars and became increasingly unhappy with me.

Two weeks ago he posted two weeks notice, which he withdrew in private with me.
In the end though, he completely ignored me:

It is vital that the council communicates with me.
This case is not isolated.
There was a time when I asked him to update sign-ups four times in one day, and he ignored it.
As he will not communicate and will not work, he is no longer fit to lead.
This loss hurts me more than you can imagine.
I've known him for 6 years and now he's chosen this as his way out.
He's not told me why he no longer respects me, but I have a hunch.
That information will be kept private unless he decides to share.

As a final act of friendship, he has Elite Member rank.
I don't know whether he plans to keep it.

I'm sorry to deliver bad news, but it's better that you know.
Rachel is particularly upset over losing Vephy, and I over Justin.
But we've spoken, and decided to hold off elections at least for two weeks.
We are capable of holding the clan together until then.

Rachel has said to me that we think early elections may cause even more drama than no elections.
I'm fine with this. Many clans run off one or two leaders.
In the past I've run WG alone, but I have Rachel to support me.
Together we have what it takes to keep WG going strong.
