Does this mean 7 days after the goodbye is posted, or 7 days after the last reply? Could it be left open for Highers and/or Elites? I'm sure some people don't like it, but all of a sudden it feels like a big chunk of our history is gone..... Or even just Elites and Emeritus, saying that Emeritus is now apparently a more prestigious rank that it was before. I can understand keeping a trial member from seeing everyone who has said goodbye, but what about those who have been here the whole time to see all of the goodbyes? They can edit them as they wish. Amount of time: I went with a week from the start-date because it seemed like two weeks was a bit long. Ok, but what if a council member needs to post two weeks notice? After one week, the topic would be gone, and people would be confused. tbh why would you bother removing access to just trials and normal guadians and allowing access to higher/elite/emeritus?
