That's a bit extreme, you can't promise that 20 something people will stay active members throughout the months. Right after the Army's were decided. I wouldn't have gave him a warn level at all if he would have just talked with me about it, but he showed no consideration at all. I admit looking back that 20% was a lot, but there were not other consequences taken. I would also have taken off his warn level in a few months. Also, I'm only asking 30 minutes of time, every other week.
