Well it was nice being told last minute I was the only staff member online and had to lead a manditory raid >_>...

So yeah! First raid i've lead and I think ima cut the raid leaders some slack now ;]

It was pretty fun, but the emptiest i've ever seen it (probs cos they're all in world 2 panicing over prices)

We massed 20 mins late and then head over to 124 which was DEADDDDD (lol @ 92 eople?), we hopped deep up near rogues castle and then headed to the most populated pvp world and someone managed to lure up a 138 in portals on their way to meet us. We dropped him in 3 spear specs and then head down to cwa/bh (again deadddd..)

Started to check out +1 worlds and only clans out were really JAJA and Will Ferrel so we decided to hit up welf seen as we only had like 5 less people than them.

In 137, looking for welf, we found some clan (cant remember the name) that took us out twice so we decided to end (just as gene and his friend got there). We then did some 76s and split off to do whatever ;P

So yeah, we had like 1 or 2 decent kills and 2 encounters with the same clan where we had no organisation and found it hard to call piles which is a fault on my part but it was my first time leading a raid and I wasn't so confident on my first time leading (I'll need some practices if I have to lead again. Hopefully I won't have to lead regularly if a raid leader is actually around to lead the Aussie raid).

ON A POSITIVE NOTE we gots free EP neko2.gif and was kinda fun and a few lulz!

I honestly don't mind leading if I have a bit more practice or training from another event leader or something. If I was good at leading raids, I woulda applied for RAID leader, not EVENT leader ;]

Event Leaders aren't obligated to lead raids, so whoever told you that you had to was lying lol

This.

If it was just this once - then it would be acceptable (Christmas and all). But it's been almost the last 4/5 weeks (last week FBI actually managed to be on however).

I asked Dan and he stepped up. He did a fairly decent job for having no experience. More aussie RL pls. Now that justin is gone and eugene is declared "retired" we have jordan and thats it. He cant be expected to go to everything aussie.

Attendance wise, don't worry about it - Things are going to change very much in the next month, and we should see an increase in attendance and action when the old wildy returns.
