His_Lordship (First 100 people only)

The aim is to overwhelm the city with Runescape's largest gathering of pirates, and plant seeds everywhere so that the entire city is covered in flowers!
We want to set a Runescape record for pirates in one place, and we want to do the same with the flowers.
WG members are to take 10 of each costume and 1k seeds, which we'll sell at the last minute. If you can't sell them all, don't worry, flowers sell for a profit.
