Its human nature to only focus on the worst, while ignoring the best. Complaints are good because, if constructive, each helps to improve the clan in a positive way. Take it down a notch Zlat. We see what you're saying, but you should also understand that by making this very topic you're fueling the problem you wish to see disappear. You've also got to see the irony in it - making a topic where you're complaining, or at least ranting about the fact that there aren't any compliments in the forum? It's slightly funny. In any case, your frustration is valid because there are many more suggestions and rants than there are compliments, but just think for a second which is more constructive? When you're being graded, it's great to have the teacher just flower you with praise, but does that make you any better? No. you stay the same (in theory of course) because what you're doing is obviously working. By ranting, or suggesting all that is being done is the things that aren't in the best possible shape are being brought to the attention of those who can do something about it. Lead the way and show us what can be done about this, but remember that just tossing out compliments won't get the job done, things need to be improved, not just maintained. --------------------   | ||
