This was all done in an effort to get more attention to our PvP events and our competitions. Overall, I think everything is much better organized. Anyway, here is an overall summary of what was changed:
The "Event Recap" forum will continue to be used as it was before, in case you're wondering about that. So, there you have it. Instead of events, wars, raids, and competitions all being in one forum (like it was before), it's now easy to distinguish where to find PvP events, normal events, and competitions. The only reason it would be hard to remember where to find something is because you're not used to it yet.
