I am trying to change that, because we need to work on our levels, Combat especially, and I believe this is a great way to do so. Currently, this is how you are rewarded in SOTW/CSOTW:
For example, one idea that a member told me a while back was to treat these competitions like a lottery. Every member would have to pay up a certain cash amount to enter the competition, and then the winner would end up getting it all. The only problem I can see with this is people not trusting the staff with their money ... although they should  .I am already thinking that if cash rewards are used in the future, then the CSOTW winner will receive a higher cash reward than the SOTW winner, given that combat is what we're trying to improve the most. That's about all I have to say. I do remember that when my schedule didn't allow me to attend as many things, I always did it to get the attendance. The attendance was the motivation. To me this needs to be talked about at a clan meeting. I think if more people understood and knew about it they would be doing it.
