 This topic is where I personally will be giving each of you comments and tips on your leading. Be sure to check this topic after every raid im at with you leading.

- You're being too soft. Today at the raid when we had the 1 itemers on us, if you thought we should leave, then leave. Tell people if they don't fall in now, they will died because you're not waiting. If you're soft, people will lose more sets and then they will blame you.

- Call more clear piles. Don't worry about who has the best loot, look for an easy pile everyone will be able to see, like the person most north, or in a unique item, stuff like that will result in quicker piles and more kills.

- At the RT war, you wernt calling out locations or directions of movement. When calling a new pile, always call exactly where he is. i.e 'PILE ___________ 2 STEPS EAST OF NORTH ENTRANCE TO GREATERS.' 'RUNNING SOUTH AND THROUGH WEST EXIT OF GREATERS'

- Still gotta work on calling locations on piles.

- Try to avoid calling a fall in if you can, so if there are people around our pile when we get a kill, go for the transition.
