This would be too much work for just a couple of people. Simply edit the post of the applicant whenever something needs to be added. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to edit the grading form, but if you have any questions, you can just PM me or post here. _____________________________________________ Root Grading Format: 1.) Minimum expectations of all trial raid leaders.
Notes: 1.) We will tell these things to the trials so they know what they have to do. They can of course do more than the minimum. For wars, however, they can't host a second one until each trial has hosted one. 2.) Self-explanatory, really. This tally will help us compare activity rates among the trials when we're deciding who will get promoted. 3.) Again, self-explanatory. 4.) Probably the most important part. We need to do a good job on assessing how effective their calling is. 5.) Anything can go in here, really. So far I've made the only edit, and I know there's been more raids than that in the past couple days ... Nobody is responsible for any specific person. If you're online at a raid, then after the raid come to this topic and make appropriate changes. We've now doubt missed at least 5 raid/war count per applicant.
