At the war. When I got back from my run, I expected TS to be constantly talking, but no. Nobody said location in CC, TS was quiet for a whole minute, callers wouldn't call when it was their turn, and worst of all, we had members just hanging out on W27 like there wasn't a war at all.

I have 4 days left in WG and I see this.

Also, don't even try to call this a win. THEY DID NOT TAKE THIS FIGHT SERIOUSLY.

If they took it serious, they'd have double our kills. Their members took their rune off when tanking, and tanked us EASILY in nothing but a cape, shield, and staff. Don't try to call that a win.

I thought only the callers were to be green dots. Way confusing for me to find the pile. It was probably just me. I noticed a lot of like time between piles but again I get confused so not sure if it was just me not getting who.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

I have too much work to do today and couldn't attend.

There are too many wars. Having 5 trial raid leaders trying to prove themselves at the same time + our other raid leaders making wars just results in too many events. I personally can't keep up with the amount of events we have nor should I have to. It's not intelligent for a clan to have this many wars at once. You expect 65 members to remember 5-7 war times? The pull is low and is going to continue to be low. There is no importance stressed among these events. Whoever attends will be because they are online at the time and not because they remembered.

As for the leaders.. even if you can't lead make sure that everyone is aware. Have backup situated. If we don't have enough callers online then just cancel the war because that's less embarrassing then having no callers.

Shit war was shit. I think the fact that they were flaming wasnt helping. Joey and Army were the only callers and like he said his mic wasnt working when joey died. Jayson did end up calling but i guess he was reluctant for other reasons.

Theres my view

I wasn't next in the calling order and I believe the trials should be given a shot to lead.

Was all around just a sloppy war. Everything was off for the little bit I was there.

EDIT: Going off of what Randy said, yeah the five (well now four) trial raid leader thing is making things pretty hectic. It is quality over quantity guys, we want to see that you are capable of leading us to success not having a raid or war every single day. I'm all for raiding and warring a lot don't get me wrong, but every single day (sometimes more than once) is a bit much.

I weep for the future.
Problems aside, i know no one can blame technology problems or other reasons that people have brought up, but what we shouldn't do is just blame each other....
We need to find a way to ensure that this NEVER happens again.

Perhaps assign a LONG list of callers? Maybe 5-7 callers, if not more. Having 2-3 is simply not enough neko2.gif3

It's odd that although we have 4 trial raid leaders, ever since we started this we've only had 1-2 at each pvp event..

1. It was a CWRI, you could die, and return before the next pile gets dropped.

2. We had a list of 6 callers, except Army's mic wasnt working which left it quiet twice.

No one should bash the pull we had... 6:00pm on weekday (MONDAY) is not a friendly time to all. Weekdays should be used for practice, events, and miniwars. They had a level 6 fighting at one point and members going afk they didn't take a single thing serious they could of let us get a 40 kill lead and still beat us. I didn't take charge to help call because the trial's were leading and there was a list of callers. The teamspeak was dead during the fight except for the pile this person (vague details given on who, location, what they are wearing ect ect). Overall caller's could improve though

Thats because were covering 3 different times zones?

Its the aussies who are difficult period for the majority of us but i see jayson was there so no excuse tbh.

I can't give priority to any wars anymore, because there are simply too many. My overall war attendance has fallen due to this.
