I think you guys need this morale boost to remind you that we WILL grow.
Remember what the last feature did for our ML?

Jagex has shown us a great deal of kindness these last few months.
Let's be worthy of it and honour Timbo's request: no leaking.
Let's work hard to rebuild this clan. This is a good kick-start.

And please, idle in the CC.
The CC is going to be the most common way people find us.

As much as is it great,
Sometimes i would rather a small active memberlist than a hge inactive one, recently darth kicked like 20 people over the past month. And alot of them kicks came from that big income of members

But we have picked some good members up too!

I find it better to recruit them and then kick the inactives after that rather than not admit them in the first place... we could deter some potentially active members.

That was my other point, it was just a more of be on major activity watch if something comes our way to get rid of them sooner than later biggrin.gif.
If we get another big influx in members i'll happily become a mentor, as it gives me something to help the clan more biggrin.gif

will be a great boost to the comunity, on another topic but still related to clan recuitment in general i think we need to put a higher emphasis on our teamspeak channel, as in promote it to more than just the clan in a way to try and let people see that we are a close and friendly community.

I can see the obvious problems that can arrise from giving out our teamspeak details but i think it would be a push forward

Oh great! Good news that.
Of course we shouldn't expect as many applicants as before, since the reqs will be higher by then, but yeah same principle.

I'm disappointed that we have to rely on being featured by jagex for a morale boost.

Don't see it that way.

It gives us a morale boost, but it would give *any* clan a morale boost.
We don't rely on it, and we didn't expect it.

Here is my input on the expectation part of the question Gene.

Recently, WG has raised its requirements and will eventually progress to 110 F2P combat level requirement. This requirement is only a part of what is important here. WG is known for its highly welcoming and top notch community. The people here are ones whom come from all walks of life to not only help you grow stronger in the game of Runescape, but unknowingly also as a person. So to become a part of the community you need to be kind, understanding, respectful, and of course fun! After all this is why we all play Runescape, to have fun and enjoy it with the friends you make along the way! As a member you can expect events just about everyday ranging from various skill events to raids and wars. There is always something to do and always something to learn here at WG.
