I enjoy the people here, but the whole clan aspect really isn't working out. I'm not leaving because I have somewhere to go, I'm leaving because I don't like the outlook for WG. Looking at the events that we have, I'm really looking for more pvp events, which are not raiding. Raiding has its positive aspects, but thinking about it, I don't want to be wasting 2 hours every Sunday night killing people for black dragonhide. That is basically the only action we actually get, and it just isn't fun for me. Add to this our current callers; a lot of raid leaders used to be ex-DF/DI, or at least had more clan experience than our current ones have (minus jayson). You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. The same can be said about our attitude to pvp. We could show you how to do pvp fights, but the fundamentals are that many of WG just don't enjoy pvp. Add to this far too much inactivity from members; if you can't play scape for a whole week, or can only be on for one hour a day, why are you here? To Eugene, I hold a lot of respect for you. Two real life meets, and I consider you a very close friend. But you come and go; Every second month there's a "here i'll reform WG and make it the greatest clan ever" post, then you just disappear for a while. Having said that, I do look forward to another aussie meet up; I'd come regardless of what clan I go to, if any. I feel I've just outgrown what WG can offer though.
