Guys, in the TS meeting, I've heard some great ideas and so forth. I didn't hear most people talk, and I'm sure everyone had at least one idea. This topic is mainly about, just give ideas about WG. Where do you think WG might be going? What needs to improve? What do you want out of this clan? What should "we" do?

I'm tired of hearing ideas about certain things about WG. Most of them aren't needed, some are seriously needed. I'm an open person and I love to hear ideas...

You guys want to know why I REALLY play RS? For this clan. Not for pixels, bank loots, making money etc. I want to enjoy something in RS. This clan is the reason why I log on IRC, go pking with, skills, events and so on. I love this clan a lot. It would break my heart to see it go down in a bad way. I'd rather this clan end in a good way so people can say in RS, "oh shit, WG? That fucking sick pking/warrining clan?"

We can do this as a Family. Not a fucking team. But a family. A family stick's to one another and is always their for one another. We do everything together. Besides see each other IRL .. except the IRL meetings and stuff. But honestly guys, this isn't JUST a clan to me .. its a Family.

I know it's a lot and all. I want people to look at WG differently. I can't see another member go .. and myself also. Yes, I do rage and make mistakes as I was told earlier by WizardOfGod. Thanks for letting me know and sorry about being a dick to you, and to everyone else. I will make a change to this clan and that's a promise I will make. Hold my word to it. And if I don't make it, I will try harder.

Edit : People in this clan such as, Randy, Rachel, Kevin etc.. will do anything for this clan. They don't look at it like whatever lolz WG isn't going anywhere let me just leave. No, they stay and they work their asses off for this clan. I thank you guys for this also.

Re guards - Joey.

I was in it for the long run with WG and then I cracked one day, lost my faith in the clan, posted my goodbye, and went looking for other clans straight away. I looked through several clans communities and irc's, most were trolls, with few being helpful. I realised WG was so much superior to these clans in this.

Our community is perfect, I've been promised efforts to pick up on activity and warring.

I'm giving WG another go.

What do I want for WG in some improvements?

1. More people in general. I love meeting new trials and having the opportunity to get to know everyone. I enjoy watching the friendships growing between members. (Sometimes it includes some rough times too.) So I think recruitment is really important to the clan.

2. Improved communication between members and staff, member to member and staff to staff. It is critical to have good communication. A willingness to help each other. If I don't know what is needed how could I possibly get to solving an issue. I think use TS, IRC, Forum and His Lordship CC. But more important, if you don't know someone try a pm to them and start a conversation to get to know them.

3. Respectful Behavior especially at pvp events and in our lobby. It happens we all lose temper or talk when we shouldn't. But when we are at a war the crap needs to stop and we need to be giving the respect to our fall in leaders and listening to them and doing what they say. I dislike greatly that our TS has to be muted because of over talking the leaders. Then if something urgent comes up it can't be said.

4. Remember the Wonderful Things I know it might sound funny, but sometimes it is nice for you to think of all the good. There is plenty of good in WG. We have had terrific past council, really fun events, fun times on ts and in general I have seen lots of kindness going around between members. So many have had the pleasure of meeting each other in real life.

My post would be to long to add some things so I'll just stop here for now. I would like to say special thanks to Rob for helping me out with badges over the last several months. To Bam for the math of our gear sets. To Army/Tom for going through the real life names for me. I'm sure I could find something each of you have done to help me. Thanks so very much. Being council would not be so enjoyable if I didn't have so much support from you.

My ultimate dream for WG is we get so many members that we can reimplement the sectors. That was downright perfect when that was around..

Skill sector for people like me who enjoy skilling
Fight sector for people like you who loves that
and a community sector for those who just want the fun out of the community

-All three sectors would still have the mandatory wars
-You won't be limited by your sector = you can participate in another sectors event if you want.
-You get to do what you like the most

That was WG at is peak for me. I know it's a dream that won't come true but I loooooved it.

I'm here now because I love the people behind our name and I want to help us evolve.

Woop.

The WG just before I left, the WG I remember, I love this clan so fucking much, I am sad to see most of the members have quit RS and moved on, but I couldn't stay away forever, those sectors were the bomb.

lol The sectors were epic fun. I was so low level when I joined and I fell in love with all the war sector people talking about how they beat up on everyone. I loved the fact that you could be in any of them or switch to all of them and just have fun. I used to be bait for some of the stuff in pvp. I would be on ts laughing my butt off with Steve. He was actually a really cool and fun guy back then. It would happen often when they would need one or two more people and they would talk me into going on events with them.

I don't think it will come back, but the memories of it still make me smile. I loved the sectors. I hated the division it caused with the members when we ended it. I'm so happy that part ended.

But ot randy took my idea and ive already told Gene my other idea.
