Raid Leader Interest Instead of having the traditional Raid Leader applications we're doing something else. It's sort of like the Trial RL rank but no rank - just back up callers. Before every fight/raid, if anyone's interested in calling let the staff know. We'll allow you to take over at some point. There is no time limit on this and no specific number of promotions. If we like what we see we'll promote you. Keep in mind your behavior and activity. 2. Application Changes We have updated the application form, deleting some questions and adding others. It is now slightly more PvP oriented to help clarify what WG's goals are as a clan. We hope this will sort out who is joining and why. In the near future we plan on updating the stickies to integrate WG.com and some cosmetic changes as well. 3. Requirements Raise As of April 1st our requirements will be raised to 110+ F2P. We expect everyone under 110 to be training their ass off. You will not be kicked if we can see you are making progress. 4. Recruitment This is a reminder to PLEASE help us recruit. Go on Zybez and Tip.It and post this template on "looking for clan" topics. Not mandatory, but members who do will be rewarded.. Also, if you have any other ideas on how to improve recruitment please post them. 5. Other Things Several members have been warned for recent inactivity and a few were kicked. Eugene plans on updating the appearance of the forums soon. Kevin will be hosting a Zybez posting competition soon. We would also like to point out the size of our member list. This is not a bad thing. WG has been pulling 30+ consistently which is something to be proud of. We're an active, core bunch so don't mind the numbers. --------------------   | ||

Utmost care has been taken, and I'm confident these changes, big and small, will have a resounding effect for many years, so don't take this topic lightly. On my part, in a few hours time the clan forums will be given a fresh new look (not completely. Just subtly) and that bloody clansite will be revamped. It's a real bitch but it has to be done. And also, goodbye inactives. You won't be missed because we hardly knew you, except for Dazzy, who I know quite well and he's a fag for just not caring one bit about us. --------------------  | ||

I havent been able to come to after school events like wars and community things. Those that think training is hard/boring, just try multitasking, watch movies/play games/workout with breaks/or even get onto teamspeak and talk to friends. Training to me has always been fun, but now that im maxed i cant train anymore. --------------------  | ||
